Move in India: Why it could be one of the best choices you can make in 2017

Gone are the days when the Real Estate sector used to be unorganized and chaotic. Today, the industry is not only better streamlined, but much easier to navigate as well. In fact, as per the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 (RERA), real estate developers can market only projects which have been able to receive all the sanctions. Meanwhile, developers must unveil all agreements, timelines and the projects master plan before the actual launch, and keep 70% of sales earnings from every project in a security account.

New homes in a new era

Tata Housing is one such real estate developer that believes in crystal clear deals, and will not repress their projects even in the post demonetisation, RERA implied era. With this view, it has launched a campaign called ‘Move in India’, which involves not just ready for possession properties, but 24 months guaranteed rentals on their projects as well.

The ‘Move in India’ concept highlights its ready to move in flats, which entails that homebuyers do not have to wait for months or years to get the keys to their new home; instead they can move into it immediately and also get guaranteed rent for 24 months. This also eliminates the need for homebuyers to pay home loan EMIs plus rentals at the same time.

What’s in store?

The special offer, which began on August 27, is a limited time offer. It will bring to the table guaranteed rent payments of up to Rs. 25 lakhs (over a course of 2 years) and has a portfolio of Tata Housing’s seven ready-to-move-in projects – involving those in the cities like ‘Primanti’ and ‘Gurgaon Gateway’ in Gurugam; ‘Amantra’ and ‘Kalyan’ in Mumbai, ‘Prive’ in Pune; ‘Myst’ in Kasauli, ‘Promont’ in Bengaluru and ‘Ariana’ in Bhubaneshwar. Home buyers can book their dream flats across these seven projects with a mere booking amount of Rs. 50,000 for a flat.

Why is ‘Move in India’ considered a worthy investment?

Tata Housing believes that under the existing market dynamic forces, ready-to-move-in apartments are the chosen option for lowering risk, while also meeting the needs of those who are in hurry to move into new homes. Keeping that in mind, here are some of the features they offer in the current campaign.

  • ·         Large, well ventilated living spaces that are built on green and sustainable concepts

  • ·         World class facilities (gym, clubhouse, open spaces)

  • ·         Easy connectivity to nearby schools, hospitals, entertainment centres etc.

  • ·         Assured rental income for up to 2 years

  • ·         Ready for possession homes in fast-developing cities

This ‘Move in India’ campaign will not only motivate potential homebuyers to shift to desired spaces, but would also help bridge the gap for a large section of society that is serious about buying their own home. Additionally, homebuyers who want to rent out their homes, would start getting the rental income from day one itself, as per the terms & conditions of the schemes. Tata Housing aims to re-define luxury with the type of facilities on offer, which are on par with international standards.

Having possession of a home has always been a dream of every person in India. Now, with builders like Tata Housing understanding the need of the hour, and taking responsibility to adhere to the set of rules and regulations, this dream will soon turn into reality.
