Exams to give to enroll in MBA other than CAT

MBA colleges in India consider various eligibility criteria to filter the most deserving candidates from the rest. While the Common Admission Test (CAT), a national level entrance exam conducted by the IIMs on the rotation basis is the most popular exam that many students take each year, there are colleges that offer unique and highly specific masters in marketing and one year MBA programs that do not require the CAT.

The CAT is organized for admission to the 19 Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) and different B-schools situated across the country. If you are keen on doing an MBA from the best colleges in the country, it is a very important exam. However, the All India Management Association (AIMA), the conducting authority that organizes Management Aptitude Test (MAT) four times in a year usually in the month of February, May, September and December is also one you can look out for. This exam is conducted through paper based or computer based test.

pplying to a wider spectrum of colleges is your objective.
